Pure awesomeness. This would be one of the best, wild and interactive lookouts/vistas you will see over the whole 1 millon hectares! No gates, no fences... just little old you and a massive, massive expanse. You can even pick up Sydney CBD views on a clear day.

  • Bike insurance for accidental damage. This can be purchased on the day for $25.
  • SPD pedals. These can be hired on the day for $15.
  • Pick up and return. Your required to get to and back from the starting point (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Bike insurance for accidental damage can be purchased on the day for $30
  • This bike hire service has a minimum number requirement. Feel free to contact us leading up to your booking.
  • SPD pedals. These can be hired on the day for $15.
  • Shoes are very important. Blatzers lookout and Hanging Rock is loose underfoot. Shoes need GRIP!
  • The owner Sam is very flexible and accommodating. Let him know if you have any special requests and he will always try.
  • Start and finish times can vary to accommodate customers. All is confirmed the night before with a phone call from Sam.
  • A passport, licence or acceptable form of identification along with an active credit card is required on the day for security purposes.
  • Near public transportation
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Due to the service being mobile, we do require minimum numbers for the day to go ahead. If you can be a little flexible with your ride day, if required, this is much appreciated.
  • e-BIKES (electric) and DUAL suspension mountain bikes available for additional cost. Needs to be pre-arranged and is subject to availability.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers
  • Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff
  • Social distancing enforced throughout experience
  • Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
  • Gear/equipment sanitized between use
  • Guides required to regularly wash hands
  • Regular temperature checks for staff
  • Contactless payments for gratuities and add-ons
  • All equipment wiped down. You are also asked to wipe down all equipment for you self so it meets your standard. Only 1 staff member is present for you briefing, and drop off. You are riding in the bush on a bike and equipment you have cleaned, by yourself or with your group.. LOW RISK!!!!

    Amazing ride and Sam is an awesome operator who takes time to make sure you have a safe journey. Highly recommend the Hanging Rock ride and hike at the end also.

    Tried out mountain biking for the first time. Got a few helpful tips from steve, helped us out a lot. Definitely gonna try out the other trails soon. So happy for the good weather and amazing service. Thanks for the experience 😄

    Easy, fun experience working with Sam for our adventure! He gave a detailed safety briefing and showed us the basics of the bike equipment we were going to be using. When we were finished he met us back where we started and collected the bikes off us, leading to a seamless and easy-going experience from start to end. Thanks!

    Sam was professional, friendly & knowledgeable about all things mountain biking. He clearly strives to run a high quality outfit and it shows. We couldn’t of been happier with our fun ride on the ebikes out to hanging rock - even novice bike riders would find this achievable. If already a mountain biker (like our family), Sam goes out of his way to provide tips on how to become a better rider. If looking to go biking in the Blue Mountains, do yourself a favour and use Blue Mountains biking service.

    My partner wanted to go mountain biking for his 30th birthday so I did a Google search and came across Blue Mountains Biking Adventure and the rest is a few bruises... but lots of laughter, fun and memories! Sam was so easygoing and honest, it was like chatting with a good friend. We had so much fun on the Hanging Rock track and are already looking at our next track! If you’re thinking about it, stop! Just do it! The only regret you’ll have is not booking 😝 Thanks so much, Sam! We’ll see you soon!

    We had a great couple of hours riding out to Narrow Neck on the Bikes that BMBA supplied for us, bikes were very clean and new and went well, no issues. Well organised and well by Sam, friendly easy going chap. Highly recommended for riders of all abilities.

    We wanted a group activity for an executive retreat. The ebike tour we took with Sam was absolutely perfect. Sam is delightful and the mix of safety briefing, self discovery/speed and a gorgeous end destination was perfect. Everyone felt a strong sense of achievement and awe in the beauty and forged together even stronger as a group. As an organiser, Sam was faultless. Super positive, proactive and generous with information and time. Would strongly recommend.
