  The weather on the day of our cruise wasn’t ideal, but we nevertheless enjoyed ourselves. We opted for the lunch cruise, and the food and service was very good given the constraints on an old boat. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t easily hear and understand the commentary (delivered too softly and too quickly) so we were never sure which way to look and what we were looking at. A great way to spend an hour or so.

  Excellent location to board, staff very friendly and helpful. The food was very good (restaurant quality) The trip covered both south and north areas and went under the bridge with excellent commentary.

  History, scenery, boat service and lovely lunch .We were able to move around the boat freely and easily and could hear the commentary clearly.

  No commentary !!!! If we weren't locals, wouldn't have know anything !! If we were tourists, would have been very disappointed.

  Trip was very good , ship was very comfortable . Captain was very informative , very knowledgeable and friendly

  Our family had a great time. The children loved it. Was a surprise for the 6 children, they thought they were going on a bus ride.

  We had a fantastic time. Very friendly staff, awesome captain and commentary. The meal was lovely (Entrees not the best, but we both had the steak which we'd reccomend. The lemon tart was also scrumptious). Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend for singles, couples, families.

  There was a possibility of seeing a whale and her calf in the river which added to the journey. Was pub quality food which was value for money The only thing that got a bit annoying was the amount of commentary.

  We got a message at 1.33pm asking for us to pre order the food or to be at ticket box by 5pm. I looked at the menu and replied at 2.05pm.i received a reply great thankyou. Then we also got to the ticket box by 5pm and paid for 2 choc puddings. So on the cruises we were sitting at the first table at the doorway. They came collected all the tickets and then we were the last people to receive our meal while people had finished they meals. When we got our meal and meal was nice they then came and said to us sorry we had run out of choc puddings so could we have the cheese cake instead it was abit late to say no as other people were getting the desserts. They did offer a free can of drink. So was not happy about that at all as this was a anniversary day for us and choc pudding was a special thing that would have completed that special day as it did the same on the same day 23 years ago. Found that lighting could be a little better for the eating timeas people at the front were sitting in dark to eat as i saw a couple turn on the phone light to look at they meals. The speaker could be a little clearer to hear the information. They is always room for more improvements. Thankyou
