Mark Rotolone and mother-in-law Mimma Diana have since realised their vision of Vine being one of Brisbane’s most versatile dining spaces. The restaurant is run by brothers, Mark and Daniel Rotolone and features a team dedicated to customer service and to the delivery of simple Italian fare with a modern edge.
