The Channon is a pretty little village set in the foothills of Nightcap Ranges. Terania Creek Picnic Area, the scene of the historic protests to stop logging, is located at the end of Terania Creek Road. From the main car park take the easy 1.4 kilometre walk that winds its way through Bangalow Palms to the base of Protesters Falls (45 minute return).
