Belvoir B&B Cottages are located at Clarenza, on the southern outskirts of Grafton, in the heart of the picturesque Clarence Valley. Sitting roadside at our rural property, Ivy Cottage and Dairy Cottage share the front paddock of our 25 acres, with their own entrances and fenced yards, approximately 100 metres apart, making them very private and relaxing. We are one easy turn from the Pacific Hwy, 8 comfortable driving hours north of Sydney, 4 hours south from Brisbane.
Although only a five minute drive from Grafton, the rural setting is ideal for relaxation, peace and quiet and is perfectly located for travellers wanting an overnight stay or for guests wanting a quiet retreat to enjoy as a base from which to tour our area, including pristine beaches, national parks and delightful villages.
They are idyllic country cottages which have wonderful views in all directions, kangaroos and horses grazing alongside, and gum tree dotted paddock views.
