Renowned for fishing, beach access for four-wheel drive, beach swimming and a 9-hole golf course, nature and wildlife abound.
The upper-level has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom (with shower over bath), separate toilet, fully-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge and two undercover balcony/decking areas – one at the front and another which wraps-around to the side/rear of house.
The ground level has two separate rooms under-the-main-roof with private entrance via the outside of the main house comprising a large bedroom which sleeps three and a separate laundry, toilet and shower.
The upper-level of the house has reverse-cycle hot/cool air-conditioning to lounge/dining and extra heating by a wood-fire/pot-belly stove in winter.
There is a large undercover decking area with gas barbecue, tables and chairs, lounges and a second refrigerator.
